Janice is a SAG-AFTRA actor and model from North Carolina currently living in New York. She graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston with a BA in Theatre and a minor in Film & Media Studies. Most notable credits while at Northwestern include Wiletta Mayer in Trouble in Mind, Elizabeth in In the Next Room, or the Vibrator Play, and Undine Barnes in Fabulation

Since moving to New York in 2015, she has worked with production company Hyperbolic Media on a feature film and two shorts as well as co-produced a series based off of W Magazine's series Casting Call, aptly named Casting Call, Revisited to help emphasize the need for more diversity in the entertainment industry. In 2020, she starred in a short produced by Boiling River Productions entitled Archive & the Storyteller and won Best Actress for her role from the Cindependent Film Festival’s 2023 Awards. By 2023, she returned to her theatre roots in the premiere production of More To It at the Chain Theatre Festival. She’s also begun dipping her toes into television with roles in the 2022 Netflix show Partner Track, Law & Order SVU’s 23rd season, and the 14th season of Blue Bloods. She is managed and represented by Gary Adams of NSNY! Talent.

Outside of performing Janice writes, studies at The Freeman Studio, watches re-runs of 90s and early 2000s TV shows, and uses her survival job knowledge in the restaurant industry to gradually eat her way through the city's finest dining establishments.
